1. Monthly Support Package: • €450/month for 10 hours of support • Additional hours: €45/hour (minimum duration: 15 minutes) 2. Prepaid Support Packages: • 10 Hours Package: €500 • 20 Hours Package: €950 • Minimum duration: 30 minutes 3. Ad-hoc Support: • €60/hour • Minimum duration: 1 hour

Payment Schedule:
1.30% Down Payment: A pre-invoice will be issued upon acceptance of the proposal, payable to initiate the project.
2.50% Progress Payment: A pre-invoice will be issued upon completion of Phase II: Development, before deployment.
3.20% Final Payment: A pre-invoice will be issued after deployment and project acceptance, payable within 5 days.
Please note that all pre-invoices must be paid within 5 days of issuance to ensure project continuity. Final invoices will be issued after each payment is received.
